No refunds are given on sale items.

For market purchases we are unable to refund on garments purchased at markets, however we can help you with an exchange. Refer to our Returns policy.

When you order from this website, you agree to pay the stated price for the product and the applicable shipping charges. Products on this website remain the property of Karen Lee until they are fully paid for.

Certain services/product may be available exclusively online through the website. These services/product may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

Every every effort is made to display the images of our product with the correct colours as accurately as possible on the website. We cannot guarantee that the colours will appear accurately your computer monitor.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a service/product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of a service/product.

Payment

Karen Lee accepts VISA, Mastercard, PayPal and payments available over the phone. Credit Card payments are processed through Shopify or Square.

Cancellation

Karen Lee reserves the right to cancel your order prior to payment being processed. You are not permitted to re-sell any products that you purchase from this website to a third party without prior written consent.

Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally there may be information on this site that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
