Although confident you will love your new Karen Lee garment, sometimes returns are necessary.

BEFORE returning your purchase please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact us at  within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase

  2. Explain the issue and we will endeavour to sort it out

  3. Include your phone number so we can call you

  4. Size exchanges will be permitted only if there is stock availability.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that refunds are NOT given on sale or promotional offers.

Sale items

Refunds are NOT given on any sale items. All sales are final. If the sale item you purchased is the wrong size we will swap it for the correct size as long as it in stock. Please contact us at within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase to find out if the correct size is available. Unfortunately if the correct size is not available we cannot offer a return, refund or exchange.


If you change your mind we are happy to exchange a garment, so long as it is unwashed, unworn, unused and in original condition. You need to pay postage to send it back to us and provide with a prepaid satchel for your replacement item. 

We recommend you return your garments with tracking, so you can track your parcel. Unfortunately we can't take any responsibility for lost items.

Market purchases

For market purchases we are unable to refund on garments purchased at markets however we can help you with an exchange.
